Kristen Olson:Master stylist with 13 yrs. experience. Specializing in curly hair, color, and color corrections. Attended beauty school in San Francisco, CA. Lead stylist and educator in the Allure Salon Color Training program. Jimmy Faile:Master stylist, color specialist, and make-up and special event artist. Experienced session- stylist who has worked both New York and Miami Fashion Weeks. His passion for cutting, coloring, and styling hair as well as make-up artistry has resulted in relationships with Fashion Industry leaders such as Alexandra Vidal, Teen People Magazine, Elite and Irene Model Management. Liz Soileau:A native to Charleston and has worked at Allure Salon for 7 years since graduating from Charleston Cosmetology. Master stylist and colorist that specializes in working with the hair’s natural texture, providing her clients with easy at-home styling. Excels in custom color-formulation including balayage, natural foiling techniques, gray coverage and color corrections. Ralph Roina:Master Stylist who has been doing hair for over 16 years. Studied with Vidal Sassoon, Loreal, Sebastian, and Orojjo. His talent has brought him to many inspirational cities such as New York, London, Los Angeles, Miami, Stockholm, Berlin, Paris and now Charleston. “I’ll help you bring your unique vision to life. Our consultation takes your vision and my expertise and fuses them together to create something that is exquisitely you. I invite you to a space where you won’t feel like just a client- but also a friend.” Andrew Locke:Classically trained at a Loreal Professionnel Salon. His true passion is hair, constantly evolving his technique. Has traveled to hair shows around the country and has trained with top manufacturers including Paul Mitchell, Nioxin, Sexy Hair, Pureology and Loreal Professionnel. Andrew is a master of modern color and cutting techniques and seeks to harmonize/synergise the two. Looks forward to working as an educator. Hailey Nagel:Stylist, color specialist, and event specialist. Accomplishments include 2007 Ines Del Mar photoshoot (hair/makeup), 2007 Charleston Fashion Week (hair design), 2009 featured in Dorothea Frank’s “Return to Sullivan’s Island” (hairdresser at Allure Salon), 2010 Hedwig and the Angry Itch (hair/makeup). Trained at the Charleston Cosmetology Institute and Redken Color Exchange in New York City. Amber Buss:Originally from Milwaukee, Amber has established a loyal following at Allure Salon for 6 years. Specializing in the formulation and correction of color in addition to being trained in the latest highlighting techniques including balayage and ombre. Skillful in the enhancement of curly, wavy, and unrefined textures. Work has appeared on the cover of Southern Living Magazine and many local publications. Caroline Rawlinson:A South Carolina native and recognized her passion for hair early on. Attended the Charleston Cosmetology Institute and graduated in 2004. Has since been furthering her education in haircutting, coloring, highlighting and styling with top companies such as Loreal Professionnel and Redken. Certified in the Coppola Keratin Hair Straightening System. |
Christine Piontek:Has undergone extensive training with Loreal Professionnel, Pureology, and Kevin Murphy in addition to personally training under Allure Salon’s owner, Lynda Zerbst. Specializes in haircuts that accentuate color and highlighting techniques. A Formal Event Hair and Makeup artist. With an innovative eye, she attracts a diverse clientele. Megan Harris:Moved to Charleston from Virginia. Her interest and eye for styling hair stemmed from her grandmother’s profession as a stylist and salon owner. In-depth Loreal Professionnel training in color as well as cutting and is INOA certified. Megan’s special interests include hair and makeup as well as revamping classic looks into modern-day hair. Work has been seen on cover of Charleston Magazine. Kim Childers:An Allure stylist for 2 years now, Kim moved from Michigan to Charleston in 2006 and has been honing her skills in the latest haircutting, highlighting and coloring techniques as well as updos and makeup applications. She enjoys enhancing the beauty of highlighting blondes and is careful to keep the integrity of the hair her number one priority. She assisted Christine Piontek with hair for the Fall 2011 issue of Charleston Style and Design magazine (“The Suite Life”) Kim is happy to help her clients understand their own unique type of hair and to guide them to their distinct personal style. INOA and Juvexin certified. Katie Hoffer:Does more than style hair – she cultivates artistry. Since the age of 17, her flair for technique and subsequent ambition have allowed her to excel in color. A graduate of the nationally acclaimed Paul Mitchell School, Katie’s modus operandi has been described as “clever”, “novel”, and “funky fresh”. Always provides her clients with a comfortable and savory experience. Pursuant to honing her technique, harvesting relationships and understanding the art of aesthetic. Huong Dao:Trained at the Alexander Paul Institute and continued her passion for hair here in Charleston. Enjoys putting her edgy style into her work, while keeping her clients’ personal flare. Huong continues to seek education on the latest trends and fashion.
